ALL THE BRIDAL DETAIL SHOTS YOU NEED!
For me, detail shots are the ones that truly complete the whole wedding gallery.
As a photographer, I can tell you, there's no better way to start shooting than with all those pretty details (rings, shoes, invites, jewelry, etc). Taking the time to style these shots magically opens my creative side and from that moment on I'm in the ZONE! It's like my wedding warm-up.
And let’s face it, you spend so much time piecing all these little details for your big day, you want to make sure to put all of them together the night before, so your photographer can showcase all the colors and aesthetics of your event.
FOUR YOUR DETAIL BOX:
- Dress & Veil (You can't forget about this one, haha.)
- Pretty hanger!
- Hairpiece
- Bouquet
- Invitation suite with save the dates!
- Wedding Bands
- Ring boxes/ Ring Dishes
- Perfume
- Jewelry
- Shoes
- Garter
- Cufflinks
- Boutonnieres
As you get ready, your photographer may take styled photos of your attire hanging up, so having a beautiful keepsake hanger is a great way to make the photos pop.
The details that set the stage for your unique wedding vision
The golden shine
Traditionally, couples have used ring pillow cushions to carrier the bands, but I personally love when my brides opt to use a ring box or a pretty dish to display the rings.
.
Styling the shoes next to the invitation suite is one of my favorite shots to take!
They usually have your wedding colors and style and are perfect for your flat lays!
Another important part of your big day is your perfume. The Signature scent on the big day.
DON'T Forget the Groom!
On the wedding day, a lot of emphasis is put on the bridal details, but we can't forget about the groom, after all, it is his big day too.
A very good idea is to photograph groom details individually and collectively to have some options when choosing your favorites shots for the album
If you haven’t already, begin to collect all your wedding details in a small box . Your maid of honor can be in charge of it and the best man can handle the grooms detail box.
If you’re a bride-to-be and enjoyed this post, don't forget to save and share this post!
